1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

2. DAMAGED ORDERS
To prevent issues of this nature, please ensure upon delivery that your order is in standard condition while the courier is still with you. In the rare event that a product is delivered damaged, kindly hand it back to the courier, and we will arrange a replacement.
3. RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we do not offer returns except in cases of damage. Please refer to our Damaged Orders policy for more information.
4. EXCHANGE POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders typically take 2 to 6 working days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email when it is dispatched.
