2- Damaged Orders:
To avoid mishaps of this nature, you must ensure upon delivery that the order is in standard condition while the courier is still with you. In the rare event that the product is delivered damaged, hand it back to the courier, and we will send you a new one.
3- Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we do not offer returns except in cases of damage. Please refer to our Damaged Orders policy.
4- Exchange Policy:

Order Processing
Orders take 2 to 6 working days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation when it is dispatched.
